## Several trends are leading the custom business software industry forward.

1.  1 Automation 
    
    Expect more automation of repetitive processes. Businesses increasingly lean on software and AI to remove the steps nobody enjoys doing twice.
    
2.  2 Customer 
    
    People move between web, mobile and messaging without thinking about it. Custom software is what keeps that experience one conversation instead of four.
    
3.  3 Adoption 
    
    AI, machine learning and connected devices keep reshaping industries. The advantage goes to teams who adopt them early and quietly.

### What kind of projects do you take on? 

Software products with a real workflow behind them: marketplaces, B2B platforms, portals, internal tools and AI-assisted automation. If the hard part is the process, that's my kind of project.

### How does a project usually start? 

With a conversation and one clear problem statement. From there I map the flow, shape a lean first version, and put it in front of real users within weeks rather than quarters.

### Do you work with early-stage founders? 

Yes. A focused MVP that proves one thing is usually more valuable — and cheaper — than a full platform built on assumptions.
