Custom Software
Mejix
Mejix is a custom software development agency specializing in digital product development

Mejix is the studio I built to do one thing properly: turn a messy business idea into working software that people actually use. No 60-slide decks, no six-month discovery. We map the problem, ship a lean first version, then let real usage decide what gets built next.

How it went
-
1Frame
Every engagement starts with the same stubborn question: what is the friction, and who feels it most? We write the problem in one sentence. If it takes a paragraph, we haven't understood it yet.
-
2Shape
Flows before pixels, pixels before code. A small design system — type, spacing, components — gives the product a face early, so stakeholders react to something real instead of imagining it.
-
3Ship
A lean release into real hands beats a perfect release into a roadmap. We instrument it, watch what people do, and cut whatever nobody touches.
“Software gets good the moment you stop guessing and start watching.”
Small things worth knowing
- The studio name has no meaning. That was the point — it stays out of the way.
- First release is always dated in the calendar before the first line of code.
- Features that go unused for a quarter get deleted, not documented.
Questions answers
Business software with a real workflow behind it: marketplaces, portals, internal tools, and AI-assisted automation. Anything where the hard part is the process, not the homepage.
Typically six to ten weeks for a focused MVP that a real user can complete a real task in.
